Transferring a booking

We understand that plans can change at short notice in the fast-paced lives of professional women (and men)! Therefore, free of charge, we accept transfers of bookings, up to two days before the event.

You can make two kinds of transfer:

  • transfer your booking to a colleague. To arrange a substitute you must contact us by email at info@professionelle.co.nz to advise us of the substitute’s name, email and occupation or profession. We do not guarantee to accommodate special dietary requirements at late notice.
  • transfer your booking to either of the next two Professionelle events in your area. To arrange to attend a later event, you must contact us by email at info@professionelle.co.nz.

Cancellations

For those times you are unable to find a substitute or to attend at a later date, we have the following cancellation policy:

  • Five working days or more prior to an event a booking is fully refundable.
  • Four days or fewer prior to event, a booking is not refundable. However, transfers, as described above, apply up to two days out from an event.
  • Refunds will be made by bank deposit within seven days of the event date.

Please note we can only handle transfers and provide refunds for bookings made for Professionelle-hosted events via Professionelle’s website.
