Transferring a booking

We understand that plans can change at short notice in the fast-paced lives of professional women (and men)! Therefore, free of charge, we accept transfers of bookings, up to two days before the event.

You can make two kinds of transfer:

  • transfer your booking to a colleague. To arrange a substitute you must contact us by email at to advise us of the substitute’s name, email and occupation or profession. We do not guarantee to accommodate special dietary requirements at late notice.
  • transfer your booking to either of the next two Professionelle events in your area. To arrange to attend a later event, you must contact us by email at


For those times you are unable to find a substitute or to attend at a later date, we have the following cancellation policy:

  • Five working days or more prior to an event a booking is fully refundable.
  • Four days or fewer prior to event, a booking is not refundable. However, transfers, as described above, apply up to two days out from an event.
  • Refunds will be made by bank deposit within seven days of the event date.

Please note we can only handle transfers and provide refunds for bookings made for Professionelle-hosted events via Professionelle’s website.
